(4/4/12)
I moved into my current community about 2 1/2 years ago and within my first few months, one of my cats alerted me to the presence of a feral cat - a cute little gray one that looked like my Chloe. Over the years I've seen a few here and there: a black and white, a white and black, a gray and white. I've been occupied the last two years with the feral colony at my work, but have been noodling around with the idea of TNRing the colony here soon too.
Tonight I went for a walk along the edge of the woods and brought my camera with me because I wanted to take this picture, which I had spotted on last evening's walk:
White I was out I started spotting cats galore. I figured I might as well start trying to figure out who was out here and start getting a head count. Feral colonies can be tough because they are inbred and you get a lot of cats that look alike so I thought photos would help.
Cat #1 - Solid Gray (Male)
Cat #2 - BW Tuxedo with white back feet
Cats #3, 4, 5, 6 - Solid Black (2) and BW Tuxedos (2)
(second BW tux was up on the railing so I didn't photograph b/c I didn't want
to shoot towards someone's window). It looks like they might be feeders.
